The class project will challenge the learners knowledge and understanding of woodwork and applying it to a real life context. Learners will work in a team to research, design and construct 4 pieces of craft work using wood as the main material.

• Skills are enhanced and developed through group challenge
• Develop enterprising skills (communication, planning, organisation, time management, researching, sourcing, contributing,)
• Core skills are enhanced through team work
• Confidence of working together with peer group is enhanced through applying subject knowledge independently
