Understanding ‘Glaswegian’

This idea will apply knowledge and understanding of language in a real life context as learners will work in teams with the task of completing a booklet on local terminology.

Broad Outcomes of learning

• Subject knowledge on language gained and enhanced
• Enterprising skills enhanced – application of knowledge in a real situation by selecting the appropriate knowledge necessary for the task
• Develop employability skills: planning, organisation, time management, researching, presenting, of the information
