Description

The development comprises 17,000 ft² of small industrial workshops.

A total of 21 industrial units were created in three blocks and range in size from 44 - 177m². The accommodation is ideal for business start-ups, growing local companies and inward investors.

Around 90 people work within the development.

Since completion the project has won several regional, national and International Design Awards including:

  • RIBA Award 2006 for Scotland
  • Scottish Design Awards 2006 - Best Regeneration Project
  • Roses Design Award
  • Chicago Athenaeum Award

Cost

£2 million

Current status

Phase 1 and 2 of this development are complete and the buildings are let.

The project was completed in October 2005.
