Commercial projects in Pacific Quay & SECC
The SECC area is already an important asset for Clyde Waterfront. Proposals are now in place to transform the 64 acre site and better integrate this vital amenity within the city.
The ambitious £350 million programme will transform the SECC site into a complete exhibition conference and entertainments complex. Across the river at Pacific Quay, there are plans for a media campus incorporating BBC Scotand’s new headquarters and the HQ of Scottish Media Group.
